Plumber didn’t really fix the issue as he a pipe broke and the water went down into the flat below. He told us it was because he had briefly opened a pipe which had since been fixed. Later when I tested the shower the flat downstairs complained about the leak again. When he came back he charged us for another hour to fix the pipe and then was unable to fix the original issue of the drain being blocked. More...

The man from Wizz, Peter, go in touch very quickly, before I had even attached a photo.
His assistant arrived at an agreed time within a couple of hours and did the job (replacing tap washers) efficiently.

Great professional service. They arranged for someone to come same day. Erik was professional and very knowledgeable. He finished the job in an hour.
To put it into perspective, this is a job we’re I had 3 experienced plumbers come by, who all scratched their heads and never came back. Erik made it look easy. He Even came with spare parts which were returned without any fuss when unused.
