My proven holistic approach to functional fitness helps people move the way their body was designed to and build a strong, stable and mobile physique with workouts that make them feel good as well as getting them in great shape. Each program is tailor-made to my clients needs to deliver the most effective results in the shortest time period possible.

The first stage is understanding the nature of your own mind and breaking through barriers or habits that prevent consistency. The second stage is making incremental adjustments to your lifestyle that are realistic and sustainable. The rest is a walk in the park (except when it's squats in the park...).

Easy. Seeing my clients feel healthier and happier. It's as simple as that.

After experiencing severe burnout many years ago as a result of chronic stress, I was surprised to find that the healthcare professionals didn’t have the answers for me and the majority offered me medication to manage the symptoms.

I knew there must be a better way, a more natural way to recover.

Thankfully, after spending years researching and experimenting with different approaches, I discovered that the solution was much simpler than I could have ever imagined!

And it’s these simple, natural methods that have enabled me to make a full recovery and become healthier and happier than I ever was before!

Having made a full recovery, I’m now on a mission to teach these evidence-based methods to others to dramatically improve their overall sense of wellbeing and prevent any more unnecessary suffering.

So, if right now you’re struggling with your physical or mental health, know this: There is a natural path to better health and wellbeing that you can follow and I (as well as thousands of others) are living proof of that. And I’m here to support and guide you along that journey.

Unlike other PT's I don't just focus on calories and walking around the gym with you whilst you use a machine that has little to no benefit for you in everyday life. I work WITH you guiding you through the key functional (multi-joint) movements our bodies were designed to perform and as a result see rapid results in strength, conditioning and physique.

Every workout will be different to keep the body guessing and prevent the mind from getting bored. I design my workouts to have the perfect balance of strength building, mobility and movement to have the maximum impact in the time we have together.

My services are available in person and remotely as I use an app to deliver your workouts and these can be done remotely.

All equipment is cleaned down after use and social distancing is practiced when it's not necessary to assist my clients. By helping my clients build a healthier and stronger body, this usually results in a more robust immune system and is arguably the very best deterrent for disease.
