I'm a full time parent and needed a Bootcamp to fit in with my time table, Gym Free Trainers- Personal training & Bootcamps was perfect.
Trainers are very helpful and friendly, you get stuck or struggle their there on hand.
The atmosphere and People are very friendly. Look forward to going every week.
