Corporate – filing of Corporation Tax Returns within regulatory time limits and arrange payments of any tax due.

Self-Assessment – individuals, partnerships – also, advice on personal tax matters, to utilise the personal allowances in the most tax-efficient manner.

Tax planning – Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Personal – arranging clients’ tax affairs to minimise the tax liability, within the law.

Anyone employing staff is expected to be familiar with constant changes in reporting to HMRC and failure to follow complex regulations WILL result in fines and penalties being levied.

Anyone employing even 1 member of staff MUST provide a work-place pension. We can deal with the administration of enrolling into an appropriate scheme and we will ensure that both the employer and employee are charged the correct amount for pension contributions.

There are numerous schemes which could apply to your business. We can advise you which of these schemes will be best for you, both in terms of tax payable and cash-flow considerations.

The Wincham Accountancy Limited Company Secretarial and Registered Office Service is an Annual Subscription Service which Includes the Following:

1. Wincham Accountancy Limited being the Company Secretary for your company.

2. Preparation, Filing and payment for the Annual Confirmation Statement for your company.
3. Filing of updates to directors, shareholdings, address etc. at Companies House for your company.
4. Wincham House being the Companies’ Registered Office Address for your company.
5.Re-direction/uploading of any mail delivered to your company on the Wincham CRM, including appropriate action or responses where necessary.

It does not include the preparation and filing of UK Company Accounts and Tax Returns, which is always billed separately.

Please note that this service is billed on a per company basis, not a client basis.
