I have been always ordering cakes from Wilton but recently I haven't been happy. one time we have received smashed cakes, or they didn't have it in stock. Today we have ordered few little cakes for home delivery, my favourite was Red velvet and it was always amazing... today unfortunately my cake was old, the cream was sour, had a bit yellowish colour and I didn't like it at all. It is a shame for such an amazing company to deliver that kind of cakes to the customers. The sponge was hard while normally is so soft and spongy. I will not order again, even though I LOVED their products. sorry Wilton but you messed up this time. More...

I absolutely like the Wilton cake, we buy regularly, but the last time cake was really old, before our Happy Birthday day Iviyan, wrote Happy Birthday Ana and some other person, I’am really afraid of this.Also share photo.

I absolutely love Wilton’s cakes, we’ve been buying cakes regularly for years, especially the Oreo, hazelnut (Ferrero rocher) and vanilla, strawberry, white chocolate, HOWEVER. .... they need to get organised, i queued today for 15 minutes before giving up to collect a pre-paid order cake today, I then asked a friend to collect for me as I had guests arriving and she then queued for over an hour!!! This is ridiculous , sort your queues into collections and shoppers, not acceptable to queue for over an hour to collect a pre paid item More...

After queuing a while , got served but as a non greek it's greek easter, all my flaounes, boukes etc were handed to me in brown paper bag ! no tray, boxes no wilton paper for me . a small thing but everybody should get the same service and care . rung the manager who said come back and I ll give you a box !!! really ??
