I would highly recommend Wilson Solicitors to anyone in need of a quality, knowledgeable solicitor they can trust. My partner and I were in a very difficult position with the Home Office after being given bad legal advice from our previous immigration advisor and therefore overstaying my Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa. After one phone call to their lovely admin team I had a next day appointment with Michael Hanley whose advice and experience gave my partner and I confidence in our case and ourselves that we had lost. He talked us through all the options for us, listened to what we wanted and was honest about all possible outcomes which was refreshing. We eventually won our appeal on human rights grounds and could not be happier with the care that Wilson Solicitors and Michael in particular provided. I am my wife had the incredible luck to be looked after by Ana Gonzalez. I can't say enough good things about her. She was incredibly thorough, endlessly patient with all the questions that me and my family asked her (and there were a LOT of questions! ), fantastically professional and simply the best we could have hoped for! To top it all, she is a natural Spanish speaker and so could clarify for my wife (who is Mexican).

I have had various solicitors in the past and non of them have handled my case in the way John has. He put so much passion into my case that I felt that there was hope for me again. I met John Sandiford a few years ago while I was in detention centre, from the moment I started working with him I felt confident that he knew what he was doing.
