We had our chocolate lab Moose come in and we were really worried as he's a rescue and has often been really scared of water and strangers. However Jools and Ben were so lovely. Moose took straight away to Ben and made the whole groom such a pleasant experience. Moose wasn't scared and seemed to enjoy it after a while of trying to jump out the bath. Absolutely wonderful caring service. My Alfie is so anxious and shakes for hours after grooms. This was our first visit to Wilma's Magnificent Pet Spa, Alfie's groom was taken very slowly, with many breaks to help him, and when I picked him up he was outside having a walk and wasn't shaking and was calm and relaxed. WOW! What can I say! My 2 girl frenchies are an absolutely bonkers pair and they were met with the most friendly, loving and warm welcome! Fantastic service. Needed a groomer to clean my dog urgently on a Sunday evening as he had been in fertiliser. Fantastic from the start and my boy came out smelling amazing and even got a goody bag! Would 1000% recommend!

Amazing service couldn’t praise higher. They had my Ellie today that has anxiety around grooming after a bad experience with another grooming service which affected her for a while after and was worried whether should put her through it again. They have a personalised service and even shared a video while I waited and I was amazed at how relaxed she was. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be using moving forward. We have been searching for the right groomer for our nervous golden retriever for months. Unfortunately previous grooming experiences have left him shaking and depleted when he’s got home from the experience. This was completely different. He came out happy and confident, like he’d made friends for life. Jules and her son were so gentle and patient and understood exactly what Finlay needed in order to feel relaxed. Jools groomed our cavapoo for the first time and she’s done a great job! Listened to how I’d like her done and even contacted me beforehand to let me know she needed to go slightly shorter under her chin/neck area due to some matting. We took our 2 year old Cockapoo, Ralph for a groom for the first time today and we were very impressed both with the service and the groom (he smells really good). Wonderful experience from contact and booking to picking Bob up after full groom with Eden. Jools was in contact immediately, really made you feel so happy in leaving your pooch in their very capable, friendly hands. He looks amazing and smells wonderful.
