Tom has transformed our garden! He spent two hours with me discussing what I wanted done and offered some very helpful suggestions before producing his quote, which was very reasonable. He responded to all my emails very promptly. The work he and his team carried out was excellent and included reducing a massive conifer hedge, felling 6 conifers and a reduction and crown lift of a beech and a copper norway maple. They were very conscientious; they didn't stop until they were completely satisfied with their work (which was done to an extremely high standard), and they left our garden in an immaculate state. Tom was very polite and professional. He visited us to give a quote for overgrown hedges and a tree that needed felling. He had dates available for the work to be done promptly and he booked us in straight away.Our garden has so much more space and light. We are very pleased with the result.
