How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Bespoke training programme combined with realistic goals and education. I have experience of: weight loss, firming and toning, muscle strength and aerobic fitness. Happy to offer free advice on general fitness training and nutrition.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Learning to enjoy exercise and being honest with yourself about what you want and why. Identifying the feeling of endorphins and reward-receptors and incorporating that into your general well-being.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting out of the house and engaging with exercise!
