Good service BUT they convinced me to take out an account with Safe Hands funeral care. They have gone bankrupt through mismanagement and skimming money. I have lost £4,000 to this company.
West Country have advised that this is nothing to do with them. Fair enough they are not part of their company but they introduced me to them. I took their advise all in good faith More...

They are in the process of delivering our requirements, thus far I am very pleased with them, they clearly know their field of expertise well, and have dealt with all our questions and concerns satisfactorily.

I was sent my will to sign and return, but in the meantime had advice from an impartial person about my estate. I contacted Westcountry Estate Planning and told them that I had decided NOT to have them as executors and would need this changing before I signed my will. They told me that because I had initially agreed I would need to purchase another will. They later agreed to give me some discount, but I decided to go somewhere else as I'd lost trust and respect for them. I would not recommend this company! More...
