Q&As

I really enjoys getting to know each client and simplifying legal jargon to ensure our client understands each step and making it a very straightforward process for them. I value being able to help create the best Will possible for both the client and their beneficiaries.

Wilkes Wills is a family business. Ben set up Wilkes Wills in the summer of 2008, and started Will writing so that he could offer an additional service to clients from his financial advice practice, Intelligent Financial Planning. Kelly has been working within the business since 2009.

I have been a full member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW) since 2010. I have continued to study a variety of related topics including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax, Deputyship & the Court of Protection, Disabled beneficiaries, all of which helps me to offer a broad range of services to ensure she can help each clients make the decisions that best reflect their own position.

Yes. We can use Teams/ Zoom/ Google Hangout/ Whatsapp video calls and Facetime to meet remotely with our clients, and this flexibility allow us to work outside of normal working hours and offer some evening appointments as well.

Remote appointments are now common place, meaning that we don't have to meet face 2 face due to Covid19. We often post Wills to our clients who live further afield, so we don't have to meet in person at all if that's preferred.
