My android phone wouldn't switch on and I was expecting a hefty bill to repair it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and I left my phone with them to repair. Within 3 days it was fixed. When I collected it they showed me how to back up my phone and how to get the best from the features on my phone. It was very reasonable price too. I would recommend going to WiiFix anytime you have a problem as they could save you a lot of money, particularly if like me, you are thinking you might have to buy a new phone because the current one's not working. Needed a charger for a very old phone, and they went out of their way to find me one.

Wiifix contacted me after I had posted a request on Bark asking for help in formatting a Word document. In my initial request I clearly specified that it was a dissertation, pointed out the particular areas where most help was needed, and also indicated the deadline for the work to be completed.

Wiifix may be the most reliable and qualified company for sorting out computer problems, but I was awfully unhappy with the job they did for me. The highlights:
• they sent me a wrong file – the initial unformatted document – at the end of their work;
• they did not tell me that they were having problems inserting a table in a ‘portrait’ format document in a ‘landscape’ format (really?!!!);
• I had to ask several times to change the reference list, because …I do not know, for some reason they did not do it when I had asked and had sent them the updated one;
• and many other diverse issues with the formatting

To cut the long story short – one of my best friends did all the job in an hour, whereas the Wiifix sent me the ‘final’ version after 24+ hours. And that ‘final’ version, even after many email exchanges with me asking to sort out this and sort out that, still was almost as unformatted as the initial document that I had sent them. And guess what? – but of course, you have to pay them before they send you the work, i.e. before you can see what you are paying for.

You may wonder why I had not asked my friend in the first place – but I thought that the professionals do it better. Alas…

As I said – if you need any other than Microsoft Windows formatting work, Wiifix may be the right company, but for the formatting – steer clear for your own sake. My MSc in biomedical science was nearly busted…

I have retained all the correspondence with Wiifix and the files they sent me, if anyone wants to see.

Samsung S7 Edge screen repaired within the hour, excellent repair shop, best price around, great front of house staff and skilled workers in the back. Well done, five stars from me

Went in with my iPhone 6 last week, I had screen replaced at another repair shop in Eccles and they made a right mess of it; screen wpuld come on intermittent and when it did the screen was jumping, and wouldn't respond to touch, told by previous repair shop it was beyond repair, something about board damage; won't tell you how I was feeling as I hadn't backed up any of my precious baby photos. (Learnt from that mistake).

well the staff here... What can I say; they said they couldn't promise anything (as the previous shop had left the inside a mess, missing screws, cables not reconnected) they even showed me how one should look normally.

Well... 30 mins later, and an enjoyable chat with the front of house staff, I have my phone back in FULL; yes FULL working order. All of my irreplaceable images and videos and data!!!!

They even threw in a glass screen protector, thank you again guys all of you, couldn't believe how busy you were but still had time for the personal touch. Not planning on smashing my screen again but now know where to go and will definitely recommend.

went to apple to try and get my screen repaired and they said they couldnt do it as my phone was too damaged to around it to fix the screen - the screen would be rejected. So my mum said she has been to wii fix a few times to have her phones repiared one being a screen, so she arranged for me to see if they can fix my phone. they are all so friendly in here and for him to fix it infront of me was really good unlike other shops they may have to take it away for a few hours/days. im really thankful i dont have to pay £230 for my phone to be replaced as i have so much things on my phone that ive had for under a year. im really happy my phone is fixed and working fine again. thank you wii fix More...
