What can I say Robert came to service my very old heating system , really wasn't viable to keep it going any longer . ! He gave time to think and I agreed with him that it had to be replaced . Together with son Callum they have removed with great difficulty back boiler and everything that went with it . No easy task for the boys . I now have very trendy with little smart control warm heating system . The boys did their job with respect for my little home and tidied after themselves . Callum even set my meter up for me . I can't praise them enough , and do appreciate that together they have done an amazing job . Robert very helpful and always the gent , oh will I call on them again !!!! Well what do you think . We invited several companies to quote but Robert Widdrington stood out for his knowledge and customer service and although his quote was not the lowest we were confident that we would be in good hands. This was confirmed when Calum arrived on time and worked efficiently to install our new Viessmann boiler. He replaced a confusing jumble of old pipework with new neatly laid pipes and left the boiler area tidy. He completed all the tests on the system and gave us a clear explanation of how to use the boiler and thermostat.
