I love working with people in person but my services also work brilliantly online. I use a smart phone app to track client progress, offer daily education and help clients track key health metrics. 1-on-1 sessions are live on zoom if not in person. All MovNat and movement related sessions are in person.

Ready for a challenge? 21 day group programme gets you, and a bunch of like-minded class mates, on the road to optimal health. Daily video-call check-ins (or as many as you can / want to make) with Jake and your class mates ups the level of accountability and buzz as you pursue optimised health through the Whole Life Health and Primal Lifestyle approach.
