I have been a chef for 22 years including working in 2 rosette hotels, making custom made wedding cakes, buffets, corporate catering and we specialise in Award winning confectionery.
We use local ingredients from other local producers and enjoy what we do, which shows in the quality and consistency of our products.
My small team are based on our my family farm in Gloucestershire.

Just been to Gloucester quays market and bought some sausage rolls, scotch egg, Turkish delight & fudge so far have tried the scotch egg and sausage roll and will definitely be buying them again the pastry on the sausage roll was the best I’ve ever tasted.
