Dear White & Winsome Team Where do I start!!! We cannot thank Cappy and her team enough for creating the most beautiful flower arrangements throughout our wedding. Cappy made me feel like I was the only bride on the planet from the moment we registered our interest to even the days after the wedding was complete! As a bride, I knew I wanted our flowers to have the wow factor and therefore were a really important part of my wedding vision. However, in reality its very over whelming with all the different decision that need to be made. Cappy put me at ease straight away! We spent the first 12 months emailing each other regularly, creating my dream flowers. Cappy would send me 2 or 3 page essays with photos every time, building on our ideas with each email. Something that I think was really great, was that Cappy met with me at our wedding venue so we could discuss the vision face to face and measure tables, ledges, and rooms etc. Cappy did not just listen to my ideas and say yes but she constantly gave me advice from her professional experience and shared ideas with me that I would never of thought of. She never pressured me to go with them but just merely made suggestions during conversations, explaining pros and cons. Cappy didn’t just limit our ideas to what she had in stock – she allowed our ideas to be limitless. To give just one example - I really wanted unique tall vintage glass vases…Cappy presented me with multiple options and ideas and she did not stop until she found the perfect vases for us! No words will ever describe how amazing Cappy is. One of my friends highly recommended Cappy and I am so glad she did. From the start Cappy was super friendly, enthusiastic and professional. I am probably her worst nightmare as I was very vague with what I wanted, but she took the time to understand and then completely blew me away with the flowers.
