He is so calm, I could easily trust and follow his directions to go back in time.... Even to soul planes... Give yourself a chance to flashback in your past lives with him.

I attended the online Teams training for Resilience Through Covid with George this morning and I would recommend it to everyone. George was friendly and welcoming, as was the others on the training with us. It was informative for not only helping my own resilience and mental health but also how to offer help to others in different ways in which I have never thought of before. It was relaxed but effective and eye opening to how to support yourself and also people around you. Really helpful tools shared and one of the best mental health training sessions I have attended. I've always been fascinated by the brain and have a particular interest in evolutionary psychology. By looking at the way our brain has evolved from caveman days to now, we can start to see how we all have similarities in how we deal with life's ups and downs.

One common coping mechanism is smoking. Some people turn to drink or drugs, but the one common theme is that they're all a way of coping with life's anxieties and stresses. I love this job because I'm constantly learning about how people tick and the more I can see patterns, the more I can help my next client to change their life for the better.

I truly want to help others in improving their lives. I also run a Business Mental Health training company, which focuses on talking to employees about their mental health, as well as how to best look out for other's along the way.

Because I am very client-focussed. I always do my best for each and every client. I pride myself on being very honest - I will not take someone on as a client if I don't think I can help them.

​Smoking Cessation is carried out in one session of 90 to 120 minutes.
