Nothing was too much trouble (not even huge sofas and lots of flights of stairs) and they kept me informed on everything. I booked at short notice and Alex simply fitted me in and sent two great guys and a luton. I’d not moved for 50 years, so this was all a bit of a new experience! A friend recommended Cox’s to me but I wasn’t sure what to expect in this frenetic world of ours, where everyone’s in such a hurry to finish the job as quickly as possible. However, thankfully there is still some old-world courtesy and willingness to be helpful, as my move proved. 4 friendly and efficient young men arrived on the day before The Move to pack up the accumulated rubbish of 50 years, and didn’t turn a hair at the mammoth task ahead of them, having it beautifully packed into 54 boxes in what must have been record time - incredible! The next day they arrived punctually and, without any fuss, managed to pack everything into their van in about 4 hours, and finished delivery in another 4. This was all done with such efficiency, kindness and cheerfulness, it took away much of the trauma of moving at 82! All the boxes had been clearly labelled, and I was asked exactly where I wanted each piece of furniture to go!I cannot recommend Cox’s highly enough! I have heard horrible stories about other movers, but honestly these guys were absolutely incredible in every way, the went far beyond the usual service, we had, at the last moment, have to put our furniture into storage with no definite re delivery date, we then had a date just before Easter and the found away to accommodate us. Not only did they find a way they were clean, courteous, efficient, accommodating, nothing was too difficult for them.I am happily recommending them, and will continue to do so.Absolutely Excellent in every way, 5 Stars all the way More...

We recently moved from Worcester Park to Bookham and used W H Cox to do our removal as they came highly recommended. We chose their full packing service and are extremely pleased that we did. The packers worked swiftly and unobtrusively and they took great care of our possessions. The day of the move itself went extremely smoothly and we were very impressed by the way everything was conducted. Very impressed with this company, Darren and Aaron arrived bang on time, were very friendly and cheerful and set about helping me move with a professional and practical approach that set me at ease and removed the usual stress that comes when moving. The price was reasonable and I didn’t feel as though they were trying to drag things out to make more money. The office staff were also fast and efficient. Excellent service from a superb team of packers led by Peter, who packed and move me from Surrey to Herefordshire in 2 days. Only 1 kitchen cupboard was over looked and a painted wardrobe sustained a small scratch on the front. Van arrived before I did and was emptied by 18.30 with the beds put in situ. We arranged an internal furniture move within the home of my elderly parents. The guys turned up early, did everything we asked for very quickly and efficiently, wrapped the items in protective materials (bubble wrap, cardboard, blankets etc. ) as appropriate, and checked with us afterwards that it was all to our satisfaction. W.H Cox and Sons recently helped me move home in Farnham, Surrey. Firstly, Nathalie in the office was absolutely awesome, fitting in with my last minute requests and changes. Then the guys....wow. I couldn't believe how quickly they packed everything up and left the place so clean and tidy. W.H Cox then stored my stuff for a few weeks and then delivered it to my new place and again, the guys were so fast - but so polite (It's not often I get called sir!), funny, helpful and efficient.
