I have been seeing Mike and over the last few weeks and he has worked on my back and neck enabling me to walk again without pain for the first time in years. Still in the early days of receiving treatment, both me and my mum have been enthusiastically learning about things that impact our nerves, spine, and much more. Treatment is good so far. As we learn we hope to keep up momentum with any prescribed exercises that will encourage better spine health. I started visiting West Sussex Chiropractic after many years of suffering with temporomandibular joint pain . ( Jaw joint problems). I was having difficulty with eating, especially hard crunchy food and had to cut all my food up into tiny pieces. My GP had recommended a soft food diet on occasions which can spoil the joy of eating . Visits to the dentist were difficult as I could not open my mouth for long with out being in pain. My GP had no answers apart from NSADS eg Ibuprofen or naproxen tablets which made me very tired.Since having treatment at the West Sussex Chiropractic clinic my constant pain is a thing of the past. I can open my mouth for longer and wider. Also I am not taking any NSADS to be pain free.I have found the care and attention at the West Sussex Chiropractic professional, friendly and helpful.I would and have recommended West Sussex Chiropractic Clinic to friends ,family and any one who would like to be pain free.
