I highly recommend Dr Nillie. I came to see her in Dec 2018 with debilitating chronic neck and shoulder pain. As a mum of young children my symptoms were really getting me down. I visited Nillie with a bad back after having spent months with physios who didn’t do anything and didn’t believe I had anything more than a stiff back. Within 3 sessions of treatment I was feeling significantly more comfortable and Nillie had also arranged an MRI for me to find out I actually had a disc. I couldn’t recommend Nillie highly enough, not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, she is also an absolute delight to be around. I recently visited Nillie at The West London Clinic with acute pain in my lower back. I was in excruciating pain and was unable to sit down or walk for short periods due to the discomfort. After one visit I was able to sit and carry on day to day without the uncomfortable and unbearable pain. I still had some tenderness in lower back but after a few visits i was pretty much cured and felt very good. Her techniques are amazing and get results very quickly, I can’t thank or praise her highly enough for all her help. I had four sessions and treatment with Dr Nillie to address my lower back problem. I’ve had it for a very long time and I woke up one day unable to move my legs. My girlfriend booked an appointment with her. She made us really comfortable from the start. Every session, she addressed the problem accordingly with different combinations. I was 25 weeks pregnant and I started to develop mid and lower back pain which was stopping me from sleeping and working. I saw that West London Osteopathy came up highly recommended online so I went to see them . I booked three sessions and felt immediate relief after just the first session. I have just finished my third session and I can honestly say that my back is completely recovered. The treatment was tailored to my own personal needs and requirements. I suffer from hormonal imbalance so wanted to get acupuncture done for it. I was looking for a clinic and came across this one with its glowing reviews. My acupuncturist was Dr Tina and she is so amazing! From the first consultation to the last session, you get nothing but warmth, care and attention from this lady. She knows her stuff and explains everything to you properly. I only took 10 sessions from her because I don’t live in London and already started noticing results. She treated me for PCOS and weight loss coupled with a diet program that resulted in me shedding weight easily. I absolutely loved all my acupuncture sessions and looked forward to them. If you are looking for alternative healing therapies for hormonal balance then start with acupuncture. I recommend this place because they are honest, friendly and caring. I went to see Nillie to get treatment for quite severe lower back pain and sciatica which kept recurring. Previous osteopathy treatments had not addressed the root cause. Nillie used a variety of treatments, which quickly brought effective relief. Nillie takes a holistic approach to treatment and gives helpful advice about exercise and diet and preventative measures. I am now on a maintenance programme with Nillie and following her advice to take up Pilates to help strengthen my core and support my back. Having spent five weeks under the care of two medical practitioners for treatment of sciatica, I was in despair with progressive, terrible pain, and dependant on a concoction of prescribed pain killers. It was easier to move around on my hands and knees and I became fearful that my condition was incurable and had visions of ending up in a wheelchair for life - probably as I was so depressed with being 24 hours a day on medication. And then my husband introduced me to Nillie & Tina. Thanks goodness for Nillie and her wonderful, healing treatments! On my first visit I walked out of her Clinic with at least a 75% reduction of pain and through her constant care and understanding I am now able to resume all normal activities -gardening, driving, country walks.
