Osteopathy
We have 2 experienced Osteopaths who work at the clinic providing assistance with injuries and aches and pains.
They both have different skills from working with Mothers and Babies through to working with back problems and injuries.
But our Osteopaths don't just work with backs they can help with most forms of injury.
Sports Therapy
All of our Sports Therapists are able work with Sporting and non-sporting injuries and aches and pains.
We work together with our Osteopaths to provide an all encompassing service including treatment and rehabilitation from injuries.
As well as this our Sports Therapists are skilled in assessing injuries, providing treatment as well as rehabilitation.
Although we do work with Sports Injuries we also work with general aches and pains and injuries from anything from sitting at a desk to work related injuries and problems.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage has been around for a long time and is often referred to today as Soft Tissue Therapy. This type of massage isn’t just for those who practice sport, it works wonders for general aches and pains as well.

Our experienced Dietitian can help and provide advise on most diet issues.
Registered Dietitians (RDs) can assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public health level.
They work with both healthy and sick people. Dietitians use the most up-to-date public health and scientific research on food, health and disease which they translate into practical guidance to enable people to make appropriate lifestyle and food choices.
