I was a hobby baker and designer for 5 years prior to starting my business and last year I became an accredited tutor and now I teach the art of cake decorating as well as making my own wonderful cakes.

Wendy has been so fantastic to work with. She designed and made the most delicious 3 tier semi naked cake for our wedding last week. We chose toffee, red velvet and lemon- all of which tasted divine. She made the cake skilfully match our colour theme and all the guests have said how beautiful the cake looked! Wendy also made a number of cupcakes both vegan and gluten free which were really tasty. Totally amazing! Went to Wendy with ideas of cakes that were new to her she accommodated totally and the mini cake towers and cheese cake towers looked fantastic! Wendy recently made my daughters 9th birthday cake. It was exactly how Ellie wanted it, and the model of Ellie sat on the cake was brilliant. The cake was a chocolate sponge and filling which was so moist and lovely. I ate a number of slices, my clothes are now tighter, so I can confirm it was yummy. Many thanks Wendy, The 100th birthday cake with the crossword puzzle and spectacles on top went down extremely well. The Birthday boy thought it was very funny and everyone else thought the chocolate sponge was delicious. I'm sure it went round far more than the 80 that you estimated it would feed. Wow! What can I say. Wendy is so professional and her attention to detail is perfect. From the moment we met her for our consultation, she made us feel at ease and helped us to decide what cake to have, from the flavour to all finishing touches. Wendy allowed us to try samples of the different flavours of cake and offered us a glass of bubbly too. It was so relaxed and felt like we had known her for years! We were on a budget and Wendy helped us to come up with something that looked expensive at an affordable price. The cake was so tasty and everyone said so. We went for chocolate and baileys sponge (highly recommend!) And lemon sponge. Wendy also made by hand, our wedding toppers to look just like us! The dress details she did were exact! I feel lucky that I was able to turn my passion into a business with the support of my family at a time in my life that felt right. I spent 2 years planning my business as it was important to me that everything went as smoothly as possible.
