I was facing some very grim allegations. I wasn't happy with my initial legal representation and was recommended that I connect David Wells. David called me and we had an initial chat and he explained in great detail what i was up against and he also explained the law. David travelled up from St Albans to York for my initial day in court. I found David very easy to talk to and he has a very calming manner. It's clear David has vast experience in dealing with these types of sensitive allegations .I'm pretty sure I stressed David out with my constant need for reassurance and the amount of times I emailed him. Fantastic Law TeamMy Son has been represented by a member of the Wells Burcombe team. Her name is Tristan Tydings and she is amazing. I know within any firm it is a team effort but Tristan Tydings was my Sons contact throughout his application for appeal.
