I have always found everyone to be friendly & informative. I have a dog that gets very scared & stressed on Vet visits, but they have always been very helpful & accommodating. They've always done their best for him & tried to make his visits as less stressful as possible. He has also had to go in for a small operation, & again they were helpful, from deciphering what was wrong, doing the op & informative afterwards too. More...

My name is Clive Carter. My Pets name is Romeo. Romeo is 15 which is a good life for a cat. Romeo has not had an easy life but he has had the best life I could provide for him.
Now, due to circumstances beyond my control. Romeo has a crisis in his life, again.
Without the help and assistance and support of the Vets and nurses, Romeo would be in ‘real’ trouble.

Been trying to contact Wellpets for weeks for my dogs prepaid boosters but on the rare occasion they bother to answer the phone we get "someone will call back" but they never do.
