I had a head-to-toe, deep tissue massage by Bruce a few days ago and am still feeling the after effects- completely relaxed, sleeping better than ever, and the shooting pains in my neck and head are gone. I feel like I've been at the spa for a week! Bruce is professional, warm and friendly, and I felt quite comfortable during the session. As for the massage, he found knots in odd places like in my calves and arms, which has has released tension I didn't even know was rooted from those areas. I had the most amazing massage by Bruce this week, I walked into his wonderfully calm room with a sore lower back and really tense shoulders- I left with a different body! Bruce completely undid all my knots with deep tissue massage and his Indian head massage was fantastic! I have already booked in for a Reiki session in June as I have never experienced it am intrigued - I will definitely book in again for another massage too. I cannot recommend him enough 🌷 More...
