My life experiences of burnout, willingness to help people avoid it and create better quality of life.

I can relate to occupational burnout, having worked in a corporate world in highly demanding roles, over the years I developed good skillset to support healthy lifestyle and mindset.
My clients outcomes include: stress release, developing healthy habits, positive outlook on life, changing limiting beliefs and taking inspired action.

I work remotely, primarily using Zoom. That offers you opportunity to have instant access to wellbeing solutions from the comfort of your home.

These are examples of very common limiting beliefs.

A self-limiting belief is an invisible handicap, which holds you back and affects every area of your life.

What to expect?
