If you need a wedding planner, you have found her!! I had the BEST experience with Jenna (I live in America and wanted to be wed at home, in England). I had absolutely zero worries and so my experience was so smooth and happy. There was nothing too big or too small that Jenna wasn't happy to do. We had many meetings online with the time difference yet no hindrance on communication and feeling special. Jenna is professional, so kind and makes your wedding feel its the only one she is organizing. I always felt heard and I just cannot recommend her enough!! Jenna was an absolute joy to work with. We came to her in the hope of organising our wedding at relatively short notice (less than two months! ) but nothing fazed her, and she helped us put on a beautiful event. She is unflappable, unfailingly cheerful and always available to field questions big or small - whenever we ran into a problem, she always had a suggestion or a solution up her sleeve. She has a great book of contacts in terms of suppliers, a keen eye for style, and great instincts - both on planning and logistics, and most importantly, on how we could realise our wedding day in a way that really felt 'like us'. Most of all, she is supremely well-organised - her ability to break down what can seem like daunting lists of tasks into manageable pieces meant that planning the whole event was so much easier and less stressful than it would have been doing it on our own. There are not enough words to describe the wonderful job Jenna did as our wedding planner over the course of two years and multiple Covid-related postponements. We were eventually married on 10th February 2022 in a small private ceremony at The Connaught Hotel in Mayfair. Our initial wedding plans were very different but due to Covid amongst other things, we had to cancel and re-arrange three times. Our planned wedding was a full weekend event at a lovely hotel with over 100 guests staying. We began to add many wonderful elements and it was at that time that we realised we needed a wedding planner to help us. We contacted Jenna and following an initial call and meeting we were totally confident that we had found the right person to help and guide us through the process. Jenna is incredible at what she does. She makes all the difficult things associated with a wedding seem easy. Throughout the process of planning a wedding event there are constant decisions to be made and questions to be answered. Jenna made all of those things easier for us. Once we had appointed Jenna we were able to relax and enjoy the process with the confidence that she was managing all of the finer details on our behalf. After 3 postponements we found ourselves suffering from 'wedding fatigue' and so we made the decision to downsize our event, choose a new venue and bring the date forward. I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. We first met with Jenna in 2019, we were due our first baby and knew we needed a wedding planner to support us and help give us our dream wedding. One global pandemic, two babies and three wedding dates later, we finally had our dream wedding in May 2022. It was the best day of our lives and a lot of that lies with Jenna. Jenna not only exceeded expectations in her role as our wedding planner but has also, become our friend, hopefully for life. Jenna spent a lot of time with us discussing the vision we had for our wedding. She has a network of fantastic suppliers who are all professionals and industry experts in their fields. I have to call out the hair and make up team I had who made all of us feel so calm despite the task ahead of them. I can’t emphasise enough how reassuring it is to be supported by Jenna’s trusted suppliers - I know this personally having gone against jenna with my own make up artist…swiftly realising two weeks before the wedding that Jenna’s choice was better and on so many levels. There were a lot of ‘hiccups’ along our journey. The pandemic is undoubtedly one to call out and due to this we probably ended up being one of Jenna’s longest standing clients. It was an emotional time for all of us, jenna helped us navigate our way through the stress of this period and we never felt on our own with our thoughts. This is despite challenges Jenna must have been feeling given the enormous impact covid had on the wedding industry. The wedding day itself is when Jenna’s role really came into her own. The whole day was seamless from start to finish, we never once worried about timings or whether our guests were being looked after. Our only job that day was to enjoy ourselves which we did in style! What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is the variety of people I get to work with. Planning a wedding is such a special time for everyone involved and I have the privilege of entering into a little snippet of my client's personal lives. I also love the variety of my role - it is a such a blend. On the one hand I have to be super organised and efficient and on the other I get to use my creative side when it comes to coming up with fabulous styling ideas. I couldn't be happier!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for 10 years in the corporate world for a fantastic company where I was fortunate to develop all the skills I call on today. But, after 10 years and 2 children I decided that I wanted to use my skills to work with clients on events that were more personal - what could be more personal than your wedding day! I left my career, competed additional training with the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners and launched Weddings by Jenna Hewitt and haven't looked back.

Wedding Planning
Full Wedding Planning & Design
For couples that want the full wedding planning and design service I will take care of all the key elements whilst still ensuring that we create a day unique to you and that feels completely yours. Think of it as being able to enjoy all the fun parts of planning your wedding but without the stress. This package covers everything you could think of including: working and managing your budget; recommending and liaising with suppliers on your behalf; guiding or creating the styling; managing RSVPs and, finally, being there on the day to set up and ensure that everything runs to plan right to the very end. This is perfectly suited to busy couples without the extra hours in the day needed to organise their wedding or couples from out of the area wanting to marry in the Surrey, Hampshire or East Dorset regions. Please contact me for an initial complementary consultation.
Fee: 12.5% of your wedding budget or minimum fee of £3850
3 Months To Go, Partial Planning Service
This is for couples that have already set a date and started planning their wedding day but need some help in the last few months. I will meet with you face to face three months prior to the wedding to review your plans and agree how I can best help you. Within the fee you can expect unlimited email and phone conversations and one further face-to-face meeting ahead of your big day. I will source up to two additional suppliers on your behalf as well as review all contracts and liaise with all your existing suppliers. I will also confirm any guest requirements and review and suggest any amends to your wedding day schedule and be there for 9 hours on the day itself to set up and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Fee: £1500.

Consultancy
This is an hourly advice service to offer couples some extra planning or design help based on their needs. Perhaps you would like someone to review the schedule for your day and make suggestions or amends. You may want someone to review your supplier contracts or you need help sourcing the perfect wedding stationary or florist. Alternatively you may be stuck on how best to style your day or want me to source the perfect props. Whatever your needs, I would be happy to understand how I can help you.
Fee; £50 an hour or 6 hours for £250
