When the first part from manufacturer wouldn’t work he put a spare on so that I had a phone that worked while another part was sent out. Cracked/shattered iPhone screen. Could not recommend Warren enough. Responded really efficiently to my enquiry when my phone screen decided to start playing up on a Sunday. Kept me well informed whilst waiting for my part to arrive and was flexible around my working pattern when booking my phone in to be fixed. My daughter's laptop died completely just when she needs it most for High School home lessons, major motherboard problem- just wasn't economical to try and repair, had to buy a new laptop for which Warren gave great advice when we ran it by him, he then transferred our Microsoft Package, Anti-virus etc all on to the new one in super-fast time so we are up and running again! !
