Andrew met with us to quote for clearing our parents house which, after years of neglect, was in a state of disrepair. We were assured that licenced disposal of the waste would be carried out. The same evening Andrew contacted me to say he had a cancellation and our house clearance was done the next day. What do you love most about your job?
We make sure that the whole house is left in a position where you can sell it or move a tenant in.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I own many Buy To Let properties and have often had problems in removing tenants' effects to quickly turn the property round for a new tenant.
Likewise, I've had a situation where a loved one has died and the Housing Association gave us only a few short weeks to vacate.
