Met Wayne though classes at gym. Getting to know him I knew he would be the perfect PT instructor. If - like me - you just want to stick your headphones in and zone out for an hour or so this place is ideal. If you're bothered by a busy gym then give this a miss between 4 and 7 on a week day. Other than that, it's central location, 24hr access and low fee make this a great no-fuss gym for those seeking convenience and ease of access. As other reviews have mentioned there can be a lack of gym etiquette among some members, but again this can be side stepped by avoiding peak times. More...

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Just being a better vision of yourself you can be every single day. Set a goal, write it down and believe in what you do. Find what works for you as everyone body is different.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a personal trainer myself for 2 years and he helped and supported me every single day and from that day i wanted to become a pt and do the same.
Why should our clients choose you?
Im friendly, helpful and easy going well apart from the training side of things lol. I like to make people feel at ease in the gym and make them feel that they can do it on there own.
Online coaching
I have a workout app that my online clients can use. It has videos to show you exercises and to track your workouts. Also we can put your pictures to track your health and fitness journey to so when your not training with me you still have something to be accountable to.
121 coaching
I train people 121 in person in the gym group in the capital centre Cardiff. In these 1hr sessions will will work on whatever your goal is and ill help and support you to look and feel great.
Plant based supplements
Alot of people take supplements and i feel we all should be taking some sort but also the right ones. For me ive been using plant based supplements for over 7 years now and my health and my fitness has never been better.
