Keep well away from Waterworx. They fix one problem and then the engineer said he would send me a quote for replacing two parts. I then got a quote for a new boiler which I decided. Eight days later I got another major problem due to one of these two parts not getting a quote and so didn’t get replaced. This major problem has now left me with no heating and no hot water. So I’m now freezing to death. This was the first time and the very last time I would use Waterworx. WARNING DO NOT USE THEM!!!! 😡😡😡😡 More...

What wonderful people. Both Nick and Jordan were friendly, efficient, conscientious and courteous, when they came to fit the boiler. Nothing was to much trouble. They even prepared the pipe work for further work to be done in the bathroom. The two men that came to fit the shower were the same. I would highly recommend them to anyone and in fact have already done so. More...

A professional service from start to finish. There was a fast response to my initial enquiry, a very reasonable quote, an appointment booked quickly, and then the job completed well. Two young men attended, both of whom were polite, knowledgeable and friendly, and who I would happily have in my home again. They made sure everything was working as it should before they left...and within 30 minutes I had a lovely warm house again. Beauiful shower room installed into old main bathroom. Highly recommend this company. Always making sure that everything was ok for us at every step. Easily contactable if we had any questions. Very good price for the level of service. Always cleaned up after themselves. Always polite and cheery. Always worked with great care and attention to detail. There was one thing that we wanted to change at the last minute and this was changed with no problem. Thank you very much to Uzzy - who came out and sorted the dodgy boiler, which has been running the heating every time the hot water was on.
Uzzy explained the problem, sorted it all out and got it up and running correctly in no time at all. Cleaned the magna filter for me, showed me the dodgy plumbing, which I was already aware of, (but nice to know that a plumber also spots it immediately). All in all very impressed with his honesty, tidiness and speed in which he did all that was needed. Thank you very much - I would highly recommend him.
