I have PT sessions with Romana at this small and well equipped gym. It is ideal for the purpose and is well organised. Romana is an exceptional trainer, very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful (leaving aside the fact that she is a lovely and friendly person with wide interests and lively mind, which makes her quite different from many other trainers). Because I make sessions fun and accessible. I listen to my clients and care about them deeply and I will help you reach your goals!

I provide online training (if you’re experienced in the gym) via True Coach. I am also available for sessions in person and 1-2-1 remote too.

Working on zoom and facetime when needed and transferring to my true coach platform which allows my clients to train in an easy effective and efficient way and feel more independent!

Yoga sessions tailored to your needs including breath-work (pranayama), yoga postures (asana) and yoga philosophy.

I offer group yoga classes in local Bristol offices for employees to take a break from their work day and come back focused and refreshed after time spent on the mat, flowing and breathing together.
