I recommend Jim Matthews company as very professional polite and efficient. Gas registers and lived local have used his company twice now and definitely recommend his company for Gas ,Plumming and any heating problems .

Getting peoples boilers and hot water back up and running after developing a fault.

To be able to provide people with fantastic customer service, always ready and willing to help out.

Because we do provide such fantastic customer service, any problems and we are always at the end of the phone and able to send and engineer out at very short notice.

All of our services are provided remotely. As nice as it would be to work from home sometimes, people can't generally bring their problems to us. Although we can offer advise over the phone.

During the pandemic we all wore face masks, regularly washed hands and sanitised hands and tools. Also taking daily Lateral Flow Tests to protect our customers and ourselves.
