Sarah came to my house to look after my x 3 dogs, cat, hens and ducks when no one else I had used previously was able. From the onset of my contact with her I felt instantly confident in her. She was very enthusiastic about my animals and her communication regarding the help she was able to provide was fantastic. Sarah has been looking after our dog (Archie the English Springer Spaniel on some of the sites pictures) for months now. We found ourselves needing a cat sitter for the first time in 13 years. We didn’t want to use a cattery with Tigs getting on we felt he would be more settled at home. I was recommended Sarah by someone else. So I gave her a message and she came to visit. I knew from just the greeting at the door how lovely she was going to be, and she was. Sarah has been looking after my German Shepherd since he was a pup, he’s very well looked after and I feel at complete ease when she comes over to see to him. Sarah has been looking after our dog Archie for nearly a year. The care and attention she provides is first class. He is always well looked after and it is clear to see they get on so well. Sarah is very reliable and has never missed a days cover. Due to my work I have needed to change days at short notice and Sarah has always managed to fit Archie in which takes the worry away. The advice Sarah gave me about my dog has been a life saver. I highly recommend her to anyone who feels that their dog has a behaviour problem as the tips she gave me and my rescue greyhound have made both me and the dog much happier and calmer. Layla hadn't had a very happy life before she came to me a few months ago. She is a very loving, sweet-natured dog but once she realised that she was very happy here, she wasn't keen to let me out of her sight. This led to destructive behaviour in the house when I left as well as her following me from room to room when I was at home. By the time I rang Sarah I was either having to take Layla everywhere with me or get a dog sitter in when I wanted to leave. It wasn't possible to go on like that and I desperately wanted to keep this dog. Sarah changed our lives! She was so thorough, kind and friendly and asked a long list of questions before she gave us her advice. She talked to us for a long time about what had gone wrong and within a very short time of leaving she had sent me written advice as well. It's all small steps and very, very logical. Although Sarah warned me that seperation anxiety can be hard to fix, I soon saw that if I followed her advice to the letter and didn't cheat it was working very quickly. We are now half way through Sarah's six-week plan and Layla has stopped following me around the house, voluntarily sleeps downstairs away from her upstairs bed and is getting used to me being out for short periods without any destructive behaviour. Sarah's plan is really working and I'm sure I have a happier dog. Sarah is affordable, knowledgable and obviously loves dogs as much as I do. I’d never used a home pet service before so I was apprehensive. I needn’t have worried Sarah provided a professional yet friendly 1st class service and my 3 cats made an instant friend. I was kept updated daily when I was away , my children were over the moon with pictures videos and messages which allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing our kitties were happy and settled. Sarah is super knowledgeable and she has a natural ability to connect with your pet. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again and still keep in touch with Sarah .
