Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Most services are provided remotely, usually via video chat. Remote lessons/training sessions will be done via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with the option to share your screen, however if you have a prefered software, this can be discussed in advance
If you are looking for a repair service a courier will be arranged to collect your equipment for repair and returned once fixed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Face masks will be worn and hand sanitiser used frequently, if you would prefer fixed done remotely, please let me know and i’ll advise if this is feasible.
As for IT lessons/tutoring/training, this can be areanged either face to face or remotely, please let me know your preference in advance.
Basic/beginner computer training
For anyone new to using a computer or recently upgraded to a new device, I offer a begginer training package, which includes how to use a computer (genreal functions), how to access/use the internet, how to use microsoft office, setting up email accounts and sending emails, setting up and using social media including facebook and instagram.
Intermediate computer training
Following on from the basic training I provide, I also offer intermediate training which includes downloading and updating software, uploading pictures from devices, connecting your computer/laptop to other devices, cloud computing (what is it, how to access it and how to use it), data storage, backing up data (files and pictures) how to fix common problems you may come across
Computer repair/general IT support
If you are having problems with your tech, whether you’ve got a PC, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or printer problem, I provide support for both hardware and software related issues. Examples include printer not connecting to pc, monitor/screen not displaying image (no signal), phone not powering on, device unable to connect to wifi, wifi has gone down, software not updating, computer has a virus, computer is slow
