Our 7 month old boy Reggie had his first stay here a few weeks ago and he absolutely loved it! I was very anxious about leaving him but the amazing staff really put me at ease and they were all great with him. Wow this was our first time using Warley cross kennels for our 11 month old puppy Fury. All I can say this is a 5 star ⭐️ hotel for dogs ! Nothing like your regular Kennels the place smelt lovely was spotless throughout staff were so friendly and our boy took to them straight away which put me at ease as he’s always been a shy boy . The update with a picture of fury while we was away was an extra bonus and put a smile on all our faces ☺️. We will definitely be using again . Thank you once again !! Wow! What a place! I have two dogs. A lab Vinny (nearly 9 years old) and a frenchie Rocco ( who is just 5 months) Vinny has always gone to kennels when we have gone away but none ever like this one! ! I have never been to a kennels before that hasn’t smelt of dogs until I walked in to here! What a lovely clean, welcoming place this is!! Michael and his team where first class! My boys absolutely loved it here!! I worried about rocco as it was his first experience in kennels, but I didn’t need to! They boys loved it and with regular updates from Michael I was reassured the whole time I was away! I completely recommend this kennels it is definitely “The Hilton” for dogs!! We left our boys here over night last night. It’s the first time we have ever used kennels (Now having 2 it’s harder to leave them with family). We were so nervous, our first dog had never experienced kennels and our second dog, being a rescue, we were worried he might think we were leaving him! When we first arrived we noticed how clean, secure and well maintained everything was. The staff were lovely and welcoming and friendly, I even received a phone call shortly after we left them so they could put our minds at ease. Correspondence between myself and the kennels beforehand and during the boys stay made me feel at ease leaving them. The boys seemed to have enjoyed themselves and have been laid out on the sofa ever since we got them home. The owner had some lovely things to say about them which made us feel very proud and happy. What a lovely place mike and his staff do amazing job so friendly and caring no problem recommending this kennel to people Jackson loves the place clean and tidy you can go and have a look before you leave your pet nothing is a problem for them any special needs catered for just ask we have used warley Cross a few times now completely at ease with leaving Jackson (and we know he’s spoiled) 10/10 from us ?

Great Lidl store, but the terrible Bolton road system means it can often take an age to get out of the carpark, especially if turning right. Not Lidl's fault (though poorly planned to begin with) but they really need to pressure Bolton Council to do something about it. My dog loves coming here ( l think). The staff are welcoming and friendly and seem genuinely caring towards the animals they are looking after. The fact that you have a chance to take your pet to the kennel area that will be their home for a while is some comfort too(same applies to cats in the chalet area). Thank you Warley Cross......
