Literally could not ask you to avoid this more. I had signed up using their 99p service formations subsidiary to which they basically absorb the cost of the formation and then take your accounting hoping you'll sign up for their £80 per month package.
They then decided to charge one of my directors a one-off fee for the confirmation statement which is fine, we understand that cost - but the fact they took payment using another name and website (to avoid tax) is very dodgy.
Multiple issues came up when dealing with them to which we had to instantly instruct another accountant to review and now we're in safe hands. Once they realized we were moving they became aggressive and rude, also had David's direct family members searching me on Facebook and stalking me out.
Do not trust Walton Accountancy to take your accounts, they're rude and have absolutely no intention of helping - they just want your money. I have screenshots which I've posted about to warn others.
Do not fall into their trap.

What kind of accounting services do you provide?
All. We are fully qualified and can provide a tailored package to suit an individual client's needs. We do not try to "shoehorn" you into a pre-determined mould.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Not everyone can be good at everything. A great accountant loves what he does and has become totally familiar and knowledgeable through experience. All of our clients have the option to leave us at any time, but none do. A great accountant can truly "partner" with you and help you grow and develop your business in so many ways. The financial aspects of running a business are so important, and not having access to that kind of advice and help is like trying to drive a car on 3 wheels.
What do you love most about your job?
Bringing real value to the relationship. Talking, helping, advising and being pro-active. It is the huge variety of clients, not the numbers that make this such a fascinating job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own experiences in operating companies. It just seemed like there was no-one "on my side" unless I had a fortune to spend. It really shouldn't be the case that you have to make every mistake possible in order to learn your way through the administrative and financial maze that is out there.
Why should our clients choose you?
We work hard and our rates are very reasonable.............. all of the usual stuff, but in reality what I want to say is.............. we are committed to this role we have carved for ourselves. We live it, eat, drink and sleep it. Nothing hurts me more than the feeling that we could have done more for a client. We actually care about you!
