We are a solicitor backed independent Scottish company specialising in Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Funeral Planning and Care Fees Planning.
Our senior solicitor is one of only a handful of solicitors accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as an expert in Adults with Incapacity Law and one of few specialists within the Estate Planning sector.
We currently have over twenty years experience and has been responsible for drafting Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney for over 4,000 clients.

We offer a home service at a time that suits you. There is no cost to you for the initial meeting (possibly a cup of tea or coffee?). There is no obligation to instruct us to proceed with any work either.

As there are usually several options to choose from in your estate planning we would agree the best option and give you a guaranteed fixed price before commencing any work.
