How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I am encouraging without being forceful. I believe being in my late 40s helps me to identify with clients who are older. I understand what it's like to have an old injury causing problems or having had to overcome complications through child birth or operations.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Seeing it as a lifestyle change rather than something you will do for a couple of months to reach your goal and resilience. Not giving up just because there has been a lapse due to holidays, Christmas or illness. Seeing it as a continual journey rather than an attempt to reach the destination.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with people and helping them feel good about themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A passion for health and fitness and something I wanted to share with others.
