Shaun and Helen were recommended to us by a friend after her sister had them at her wedding- we saw some of the photos and were pretty sure straight away that they could give us exactly what we wanted from our big day. On the morning of our wedding Shaun joined my husband and Helen joined me whilst we got ready. Considering how much I usually dislike having my picture taken, I felt so relaxed and rarely actually caught Helen taking pictures of me! She was really friendly and chatty with us all. Shaun and Helen got through our organised group shots efficiently and after that, the only time we heard from them was to ask if we wanted to go for a walk for our couple shots, once before we cut the cake and again as the sun set. They got the balance of being organised and checking what we wanted throughout the day without being intrusive just perfect. We received our images a month or so ago (although we had a preview of images sent to us not long after our wedding in August 18) and we are so thrilled with them. Now to choose which ones we would like in our photo books! Walker & Jones photography - wow where do I even start. Shaun covered our wedding day back in September 2018, there is nothing he will not capture from the laughter to tears, the photos taken really reflect James & I as a couple. We cannot recommend Walker & Jones enough they beautifully capture every minute of your wedding day and we were totally blown away when we received our images back. It took us such a long time to decide on a photographer, but as soon as we came across Walker & Jones' website we knew they were the right people to capture our special day. We loved their natural, documentary style of photography, and how professional and polished their portfolio of photos were. All of our correspondence with them was always very friendly and professional and they responded to any of our questions quickly. We had booked an engagement shoot with them to get used to the camera before our wedding day, and they made us feel at ease and it allowed us to prepare for what it would be like a few weeks later. We loved our engagement shoot shots, which made us even more excited for our wedding day as we knew they would capture our day perfectly! On our wedding day, we didn't even know Shaun and Helen were there - so discreet and they just blended in to the background - they fitted straight in with our wedding guests, and they were always so friendly and helpful. They had some great creative ideas to get the best photos too! When we received our final photos we were absolutely thrilled. They really exceeded our expectations, and we were so pleased that we had booked them to document our wedding day. They captured moments that we didn't even realise, even down to the small details and our wedding album is a keepsake full of memories that we will always treasure. We have shown our wedding photos to friends and family, and they love our photos nearly as much as we do - all commenting on how professional and high quality they are. From the moment we picked Shaun to be our wedding photographer, we knew we were onto a winner. Shaun is very relaxed but a true professional and fantastic with all the guests, you hardly knew he was there most of the time! He listened to what we would like and advised us on some bits from his experiences that we hadn’t even thought about. We received some preview shots a few days after the wedding and all I can say is WOW!! They are absolutely amazing, better than I could ever have imagined, now I cannot wait to see the rest!! I would definatly recommend these two if your currently thinking about having a photographer.

Just got our photos back from our wedding and they are absolutely incredible.

Wow. What can we say. Shaun and Helen were great from the early days of communicating through to the arrival of the photos. 100% Recommend the engagement shoot - we weren't sure whether to or not and are so glad we did, great to have those special photos as part of the day.
