Simple. It needs to be personalised to the individual. Their goals, their lifestyle and the responsibilities. When it is tailored around your lifestyle it becomes easier to follow. This creates consistency which is the hidden ingredient.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Be more concerned about consistency. Direction trumps speed every-time. Getting a smaller amount right more often will outperform a great week only achieved sporadically.

I only work online. I find it’s the best way to deliver an amazing result. You pay for the journey not per hour. This means we are both results focussed. I am able to support you 24/7 which is how a fitness result is achieved. NOT by seeing a trainer 1/2 a week for an hour every week and then being left to your own devices.
