Both my dogs have been very happy there. They have been very well looked after and I have been kept informed of how they are getting on - which has helped me not to miss them quite as much. CH

I cannot rate Waggy Walks highly enough, it's a great service, home from home for dogs. I left Horace, my 7 month old Border Terrier with Waggy Walks while I was away and I cannot rate them highly enough. Debbie and Richard were caring, completely understand dogs and treated Horace as a member of the family. I also received regular updates and photos from them on how he was getting on, which was great to see. He had a fantastic time and I had peace of mind. I will definitely be using Waggy Walks again. Huge thanks to waggy walks for looking after my Loki for the last 2 weeks. They asked me lots of things beforehand e.g vaccines, does he swim? How is he with horses/strangers/other dogs as well as feeding regime behavioural traits (my dog has OCD for overgrooming and needs a comfy cone when left alone). I felt confident leaving him and I was greeted by a happy and relaxed dog when I picked him up today. Would definitely recommend. More...

Richard walked my dog Maddy before she passed (in fact, Richard was an incredible support when we lost her). Now he walks my rescue baby Poppy, who adores him.

Waggy Walks looked after my Parsons Russell for 3 weeks in August. Oscar is 2 years old and sadly completely deaf. He has never been left with any one since we've had him, so we were very apprehensive about going away without him. Richard and Debbie came over to meet him and discuss his needs and any concerns we had. I think Oscar had a better time on his holidays with Waggy Walks than we did. Waggy Walks very kindly kept me updated and it was lovely to see photos and videos on Facebook during the time we were away. I would 100% use Waggy Walks any time we go away again. More...

I love being outside and spending time with a variety of dogs. I love all my dogs, they have such great personalities and characters. I really enjoy seeing them develop and grow in confidence, especially the ones that have been re-homed or had a bad start in life. It always amazes me how well the dogs settle in when they stay with us and become just one of the gang.

I was made redundant and wanted to be my own boss, I love dogs and working with the dogs so I thought it was a great way to combine both.

I am passionate about caring for the dogs in my care. Many dog walkers walk a lot of dogs together. I walk a maximum of 4 dogs together so that I can ensure I can pay them all sufficient attention and make sure they are safe whilst being walked. I walk in secure areas that I know and am confident with any issues that could arise. I have a van with tailor made cages so the dogs can travel separately and securely. I am fully insured. When my clients see me when walking with their owners at the weekend etc they will run to me for a fuss.

We will collect your dog from home and transport him / her in our fully fitted out van for a one hour walk. We walk a maximum of 4 dogs at a time either on lead or off lead, having previously discussed all the arrangements with you. We will towel them dry before taking them home again and ensuring they have clean fresh water. Dogs can be walked on their own if required in special circumstances. All walks can be tailored to your dog or puppy’s requirements.

We can walk your dog on a temporary basis, for example if you have an injury and can’t get out for a walk with your pet, or are away on holiday, or on a longer term basis whilst you are at work.

We can also offer puppy socialising amongst other dogs, road noise etc, whatever you and your puppy need.

We also offer a free text service to let you know that your pet has had its walk and is back at home so you can relax knowing he or she is safe and comfortable.

Are you going away on holiday? Have to go away with work or have a special event you want to attend? Never fear, Waggy Walks is here!

When your pet stays with us they join our family and are treated just like one of our own animals. Some dogs can be traumatised by kennels and suffer separation anxiety and it is difficult for kennels to provide the 'one on one' love, care and attention that can be provided by us. As experienced dog owners we can maintain your feeding and exercise regime, reinforce any training points you are working on with your dog, as well as giving them care, companionship, love and affection. We have been approved and licensed by the Council for boarding.

We will look after your dog or small pet in our home as if it was one of our own. We can't take cats into our home but can visit them at your own home.

Transporting our pets isn't always easy, not everyone drives - not all taxi companies are keen to help. However we can help take your pet to the vet or groomer for routine treatment / check-ups or in some emergencies.
We have a dedicated vehicle that's fitted with comfortable safety crates. So wherever your pet needs to go, we can take it there. We'll even represent you at the groomer or vets if you can't be there - and pass on any instructions to you.

All you need to do is make sure we have you pet's food, toys and treats to hand. We'll do the rest - as a one-off or regular service.
