Dog Training

Really enjoyed my session with wagging 4 walks. Gave me some really good tips and help with Callie. Above all they were super, super honest about where it was felt she was upto.
I will be using them again in the future to assist with other aspects of her training. 100% reccomended!

Honestly the best dog walking service around. Both Joss and Dannie are brilliant with Albus our 18 month old Labrador and we have really benefited from both their expertise and experience. We feel so comfortable leaving Albus in their care and can tell that they care so much for all the dogs and are passionate about what they do. Could not recommend them enough, they are brilliant 🐾 More...

These guys are amazing and I can not recommend enough. My mum was watching our dog while we were away on holiday but unable to walk her due to health reasons. These guys were so so friendly and were able to accommodate a daily walk for our dog while we were away.

We got loads of videos to show us how well we was going and even improved her walking skills.

They went over and beyond what we expected and Ffion (our dog) will really miss you.

Great, great company with lots of knowledge and so friendly.

Thank you so much for everything you have done!

After having a chat with Danielle about my pooch George about him messing over night most nights I decided to go and buy him a crate. It was the best decision I ever made. I took all the rights steps she advised about training him and he seems to be settling well in it. No mess this morning!!
I highly recommend @Wagging4Walks 👌

Q&As

Dogs understand human emotions more than most animals; as the most domesticated pet, that actually chose to domesticate themselves for preservation originally, the canine truly is mans best friend.

I grew up with dogs and always had a bond with those dogs I was introduced to; even nervous or supposedly aggressive dogs relaxed around me. I have always had an interest in canine behaviour and the understanding of how dogs think.

I have dedicated 4 years of my life already to the successful creation of Wagging4Walks Ltd and aim to set the standard in Liverpool for quality dog walking and training and aspire to create a national standard one day.

I was inspired to form an all-round Canine Serviced business made up of individuals that combined possessed the complete knowledge needed for the Professional Walking, training, rehabilitation, canine behaviour and nutrition of dogs.

There are to many companies or individuals out there calling themselves walkers or trainer with no qualification and no insurance its not only irresponsible its dangerous for themselves and the dogs and should be illegal.

Wagging4Walks Ltd advocates for a minimum standard of Level 2 City & Guilds in Competence in dog walking and sitting and Basic canine first aid.

Currently there is no law to govern reckless, unskilled people charging for dog walking, training etc. This creates miss trust for the public and bad reputations for other dog trainers and behaviourists.

We know dogs and how to read there behaviour we strive to keep them as healthy and happy as possible.

We are a local family run business.

We are friendly, professional, certified, qualified, insured and reviewed by our clients on Facebook, Google, & Bark at 5 stars.

We strive for the gold standard with all our clients; while maintaining fair and affordable prices.

We offer free advice at all hours to our clients.

We hold frestive give a ways annually.

We donate to local charities regularly.

You can sign up to our services via the website at www.Wagging4Walks.com and clicking 'Register my Dog' there is an initial questionnaire and information needed about your dog or dogs.

From there we will book you in on our system for a Free consultation (dog walking) or a paid consultation for training and behavioural services.

We will attend you property to disensitize your dog/s to us and discuss your requested service/s etc.

Under new guidelines from the UK Government Covid-19 restrictions have been relaxed.

However colleagues can wear masks in your home during consultation if you request this. We will always sanitize before and after handling canines.

We can also meet out an outdoor location if you would feel more comfortable.

Services

Group walks can consist of your dog and up to 4 other dogs. These are social walks ideal for social dogs that get on well with most breeds.

Group socialization is brilliant for maintaining a balanced social canine.

As trainers and behaviourists we monitor your dogs health and provide feedback.

We have harnesses, leads, coats, etc for your dogs i you don't and cool coats for summer etc.

These Walks are just for our older 4 legged friends Age 9+. Walks are calm, relaxed with no pressure from us; they are there to enjoy themselves.

We monitor the health ot your dog and report back with any concerns, we always send regular videos via WhatsApp to clients so they can see there fur babies having fun.

These Walks take place on Fridays (Only) at a 4 Acre secure woodland surrounded by 10ft fence. 2 acres of woodland and a 1 acre agility field. Up to 8 dogs off lead can enjoy social time together or go off for a sniff (for those lone rangers) safe and secure with trained handlers present.

This is an amazing secure off lead experience we have many regular clients each week that send there dogs with us for the Woodland Walks.

Canine Training can come in many forms and often bridges with canine behaviourial issues, most dogs will need training however some need more advanced help from behaviourists.

Sessions will show you the owner the techniques to get you dog where you want them to be and back on track to being a great domestic

We work with you and your dog, to show you the techniques you will need to get the best out of your canine and enrich both you and your dogs quality of life.

Canine Behaviourists are specialists in understanding canines and there behaviours.

This could be aggression, obsession, servere anxiety, OCD, PTSD, barrier aggression, unusual behaviours etc.

We will help you the owner understand what is happening with your dog and give you guidance and techniques to recondition these behaviours.

Sometimes this can include referals for prescription medication from your vet.
It can include segestions to change there diet or use a herbal anxiety medication.

The importance of Canine Nutrition is massively misunderstood and often people are swayed by professionals (Vets) to buy expensive old school brands like Hills, Purina, Royal Canin, Pedigree, Iams, etc that are full of rubbish ingredients beacuse they put there trust in professionals (that take comision) and have heard of these brands there whole lives.

This is where we can guide you on good quality nutrition for your dog (with no adverse interest of our own) and help your dog be healthier.

These Walks are designed to provide Tailored 1:1 time.

These walks are designed for dogs with behavioural problems or that suffer with anxiety, or other medical conditions that mean they are not social enough with people and or dogs to walk in group.

These walks often benefit training clients who can always walk their dog or their dog needs guidance regularly on walks etc.
