I love to go to W & M Smith. It is like an Aladdin's cave. So much to see and inspire. Wendy has a wealth of knowledge and can tell you about all of the items on sale. If she has not got in stock (which is very rare) what you are looking for she will order for you or suggest an alternative.

Most friendly efficient helpful staff I've come across, nothing too much trouble, with a lovely welcome from the dog too. fantastically well stocked with all you could ever need . And if you can't find it, staff know exactly where it is and get it for you. If not then a prompt order Can be placed. Even have customer toilets as many an hour or 2 can easily be spent just browsing. More...
