V&T design redesigned our whole house before we moved in. We absolutely loved working with them as they listened to ours needs and wants including our budget. Even though sometimes we didn’t know what we wanted they managed to design THE perfect interior and showed us on rendered imaging what it would look like. Together we made a few tweaks and the outcome is truly amazing. We feel we have the perfect home and I wouldn’t change one thing. My husband and I love showing people around when they come over for the first time and our guests love our home, and so do we, thanks to Vani and Tarik. A Symphony of Creativity and Precision: Vani and Tarik's Transformation of Our Boring White Box New Build Home into a Gorgeous Haven In late November '23, I had the pleasure of meeting the dynamic duo, Vani and Tarik, from V&T Design & Build. They worked their magic on our once boring white box new build home, turning it into a truly gorgeous haven, and the results have been nothing short of paradise. Vani, a creative genius, and Tarik, known for his meticulous approach, presented a detailed plan to my family and me on Jan 2nd. Throughout the process, their collaborative effort actively sought and incorporated our feedback and changes, ensuring a sense of inclusion and understanding. Going above and beyond, Vani and Tarik orchestrated three different appointments with construction companies, interviewing them and securing the best quotes. Their meticulous listing of all items in Google Sheets provided transparency and clarity at every step. The project kicked off on Jan 15 and concluded within an impressive two-week timeframe. The symphony of Vani's creativity and Tarik's precision in collaboration was truly exceptional. Our home has been transformed into a stunning space that consistently elicits 'wow' reactions from everyone who visits, turning what was once a boring white box into a gorgeous haven and paradise. Vani and Tarik undertook a complete redesign of my house. During the process we got multiple design options full visualisations of exactly what the rooms would look like based off a mapping of my house which were incredible to help the process. During the planning phase they were both really receptive and helpful in creating a bespoke design with inputs from both V&T and myself. The process flows really well and there was very little I wanted to change from the initial beautiful concept that they produced. The implementation while challenging due to none of my walls being flat or straight was seamless with both V&T combining perfectly to create a beautiful home on target and within the budget set which included creating a bespoke media unit from scratch. I would 100% recommend using V&T for your projects and if you are lucky enough to work with them I would definitely recommend speaking to Vani about utilising her amazing art work as a feature in your new spaces. The artwork she has created for our master bedroom always brightens up my morning and looks stunning in the twilight sun. Note - Standard build work will include tasks such as mounting heavy frames or TVs, putting up curtain rails or blinds, and assembling furniture. We can also quote for larger build projects, such as custom cabinetry.
