An amazing service! My initial enquiry over the telephone with Vicky regarding home staging was wonderful. She explained everything about the process and we quickly organised a time for her to look at the property I was selling. She arrived promptly and swiftly began to discuss the options available and advised on small tweaks to the existing decor to enhance the property to prepare the ideal canvas on which to create her ‘magic.’ We organised a mutually convenient date for the installation of the furniture and accessories and the team arrived on time and began to turn the empty property into a show home which blew my mind! Nothing was left to chance, every minute detail was painstakingly taken in making sure all the furniture, fittings and accessories complimented each other to create the perfect scene ready for the estate agent’s photos to be taken. The photographer and estate agent were amazed by the transformation and couldn’t believe it was the same house! As the property was looking better than I had ever imagined, I decided to put it on the market for around 5% more than the estate agent’s valuation. Bewilderingly, the viewings flew in and within 4 days the house was sold for 12% more than the initial valuation! I can’t believe what a brilliant investment the home staging was, for such a small, initial outlay it has more than paid for itself and also covered all my estate agent and solicitors fees as well! In mid July when one of our current landlords offered a flat for a few weeks as he was between tenants, Victoria was amazing in responding at very short notice to have the property ready without the initial visit, but with use of photos to assess appropriate props. Brilliant outcome for guests!

Furniture and Supplementary packs
We source and instal bespoke items of furniture for youe serviced accommodation and HMO units. We understand that the furniture must be fit for purpose but also looks atteactive and standout! We can’t stand the usual dull furniture packs so we make sure yours ticks both boxes - sturdy and attractive!
As part of the service we also sort out the 100’s of items it takes to set-up succ projects. So whether its the cuttlery & crockery or the bathroom & cleanjng kit we source, order, instal!
