I used VK Garden Design to remove and replace 15+ panels and posts for my garden fence. He was quick to respond, visited, did a site survey and make some suggestions to improve what I wanted, and work started shortly afterwards.

It's always a worry when you have work like this done - one company I used previously left an unexpected number two behind a bush during their work, which was an somewhat unpleasant surprise when mowing the lawn after they'd gone. Another never actually finished the job they'd started. So you can understand why I don't particularly like arranging this type of work.

However, Viraj and team - and materials - turned up on time, they worked hard to complete the job on time with minimum fuss, noise or disruption, and took extra care to remove every scrap of rubbish when they'd finished, even going as far as leaf blowing wood chippings and sawdust away. I think the only sign that they'd been here, other than an awesome new fence, was an empty plastic cement mix bag in my bin.

It's normal to look back at a job like this and say "yeah, it's okay but..." - however, in this case, with Viraj and co this really did go flawlessly. I'll be getting them back in the next few months to do another job for me, as I know they will deliver what I want, when I want it, and without any hidden surprises. Viraj is a genuinely nice guy to talk to and work with, nothing was too much trouble for him and his team.
