Amazing, Sean did my tattoo, turned out perfectly. Also as someone with anxiety it wasn't easy to do this but all staff there are amazing, so friendly, casual and supportive. Definitely will be going again.

I must say that this was by far the best experience I could have asked for. I was nervous about having my first tattoo, and wanted it to look right and the way I had visioned it. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. Matt took charge in designing what I had in mind, and spent much time making it come to life. They were also really generous when it came to communication. Regardless how busy they are on a regular basis they have no issue making there customers feel at ease, consulting and making amendments when and if needed. Alan was the gentlemen who did my tattoo and I can say he is a master. I would recommend checking out his work Alan Tattoos on Instagram. Had 4 tattoos done a few days ago and this is by far the best tattoo studio in Birmingham, honestly can’t recommend them enough - when I originally contacted I said I wanted a detailed woodland piece on my shin and I appreciated their honesty as they thought the artist doing my tattoos may not suit exactly the style I want which shows they are clearly professionals and won’t agree to anything they think the customer might not like the end result of (it’s surprising how many tattoo artist will tattoo things they’re not comfortable and end up messing it up! !!) so I was very impressed when I received an honest answer, in the end I came in and Sean had done a draft to see if it was what I wanted and it was! Had it done there and then along with a detailed dragon fly and two small ones on my chest, All of which I couldn’t be more happy with! Came out with all my tattoos looking even better than I pictured - Also cost less than I was expecting and was finished earlier than I thought so I cannot fault vivid ink in the slightest, Sean was a Brilliant artist who got every tattoo looking perfect! By FAR one of the best and most professional and talented studios around, I am so thankful for the fab tattoos and irl only ever be going here from now on and would tell others the same!! More...

I visited the Vivid and would highly recommend this studio! It was very busy (always a good sign). I spoke with Matt on the reception desk about the type of tattoo which I wanted. I wasn't sure of the design, but Matt came up with an awesome design which was better than anything I could have thought of. He made sure that everything went smoothly for my first tattoo. OUTSTANDING TATTOO STUDIO!!! I have had my whole body tattooed at vivid ink. I love coming here for my tattoos. The artists are highly skilled and they have artists that specialise in all styles. I have some photo-realism (both colour and black and grey), some neo traditional (both colour and black and grey), some script, and some geometric (dotwork). Thus, I have been tattooed by many of their talented artists. Marius is the artist whohas done most of my tattoos and he is truely a master of his craft, his ability to do an unbelievably realistic tattoo or a portrait that looks identical to the photo is one thing, but his ability to freehand background to flow with the shape of your body and bring different pieces together is exceptional. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming (shout out to Matt, Mike and Selina), and the atmosphere in the studio is like a real community where you feel like you are joining a family. I am beyond delighted by the quality of work that they have done for me and could not recommend them highly enough to others. The lady who started this week doing the piercings is also very skilled and professional and very calm while she’s piercing you (which helps me because I’m very anxious when getting pierced). She did 3 piercings for me today which look awesome and I would definitely recommend going to her for your piercings. Came hear for my first tattoo yesterday, from working out the design to completing it they were amazing. Reception Mike & Reception Matt were so helpful in helping to design the image and artist Mike worked his magic, so talented. At no time were they impatient or pushy and were willing to spend as much time discussing the tattoo with you as was needed, they were all extremely friendly, welcoming, relaxed and nothing was too much trouble.
