Heather and the Viva Creative team did an amazing job for our wedding! The flowers were beautiful, the team were so helpful and set up the flowers for the ceremony and then again later for the reception. They came and brought the bridesmaids and myself our bouquets and the ushers their button holes. It was so great to know we could trust Heather and not have to think or stress about the flowers at all throughout the day!!! Flowers with Viva are extremely good value for money, we sat down with Heather, explained our budget and she really did work around us and helped us create an amazing look with the budget that we had. We also had no idea what we were doing when it came to flowers and Heather had multiple calls with us to explain/breakdown everything and help the whole process become an ease. Not only that, Heather took around 50 photos of us and the flowers on the day and sent them over to me after which is really special to have. I could not recommend Viva Creative enough! More...

Heather organised the flowers for our wedding, and a few weeks later, also for a family funeral. She was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable for both of these events. Our wedding flowers were perfect - beautiful silk bouquets which we have kept. We also hired blossom trees from Heather. The funeral flowers were also perfect, everyone was really happy with them and they looked beautiful - all for a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to use her services again. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Flowers are a life long passion of mine and there is nothing more satisfying than to pass on that love of flowers and the sentiment and beauty they convey, when designing florals for a wedding I feel it is a privilege to be a part of what is most possibly the couples most significant, emotional and happiest days of their lives, I always see it as an honour.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the freedom to create and design my own florals which can go in any direction, size or style depending on the client and being an independent florist I am able to go to the client more freely for consultations and site visits and provide the time and attention each event deserves. No two days are ever the same.
Why should our clients choose you?
With over 25 years in the industry I still genuinely love what I do and have a natural 'helping' nature which often leads me advising the client in other areas, drawing on my extensive knowledge and contacts within the business. I look at a wedding as something a couple should enjoy from the moment they start planning, each step should be exciting, fun and enjoyable, which is where I strive to assist.... to make the process enjoyable.
