Came here for anniversary celebrations with friends also celebrating their anniversary and I wasn't disappointed... Absolutely stunning restaurant, amazing staff, beautiful food and great atmosphere. Definitely will go back!

Well what a lovely night once again, haven't been for a while but it was worth the wait. The lamb dish with prunes was outstanding, the meat was cooked to perfection and the flavours were sublime. many reviews, preferring to give feedback directly, but I must say that the experience of the previous reviewer does not tally up with our experience in Vito's last night or on previous nights. A nice Italian with great service. Lovely bottle of prosecco (although not cheap) and some really nice food. On the whole, the food was on the rich side for me, with the creamy truffle sauce quite overpowering. Maybe a matter of taste though

Fantastic. This was our second visit and I was keen to see if the first was a fluke. It wasn't. The food was amazing - squid and prawn skewers and beef carpaccio starters, Italian sausage ragu and lobster ravioli for mains and tiramisu for dessert and it was all superb. Genuinely authentic, high quality traditional Italian food. It isn't the cheapest place, but it is still more than worth it in my opinion and won't leave you disappointed. Throw in a great wine list and excellent friendly service and you've got a winner. We went 2 days ago and thinking about my lobster ravioli is still making me smile. More...

We had a great meal here, lovely restaurant with amazing food, by far the best Italian we’ve had in Sheffield. Also had great service from Fabio, he made our night! Well Vito, you and the team have done it again. Everything we had was perfect, so many different tasty dishes and we complemented every course. The family were visiting you for the first time and were discussing when they could come again. It was so relaxing for us all. Thank you again everyone, see you again as soon as we can. Our favourite resturant in sheffield. We visit this resturant each visit to Sheffield. Amazing atmosphere. Amazing welcome each time. My two brothers and I booked a table at Vito’s as a treat for our parents for our mum’s birthday and we were not disappointed! The food was absolutely excellent and the portions generous (the truffle risotto was just epic) and very reasonably priced for the excellent quality of food. The service was just awesome too, the waiter was really attentive but not intrusive, knowledgable, cheerful and had a great rapport with diners. My mum is disabled and has very limited mobility, the staff went out of their way to make her feel special on her birthday and politely accommodated my mum with kindness but without fuss and without drawing any attention to her disability. Back to Vito's again. This time we all had different dishes to try and were bowled over at the tenderness of the steak and great flavours in all the dishes. The staff were very friendly and we had a wonderful night. Just to comment on a previous question, children are very welcome at Vito's. Can't wait till we visit again. Fantastic quality. We rang up and booked with short notice on Friday night and staff were happy to accommodate. I had the lobster ravioli as a starter and the vegetarian pizza for main. The ravioli was amazing, nice portion size for a starter and brilliant taste. The pizza was also great, probably one of the best in a Sheffield.
